Hard Moment

My hardest moment it was this Tuesday so i was at the front desk by my self Therese usually someone else there too but on Tuesday there wasn't any one there with me so i answer this phone call and it was this lady that was going to have court on Thursday so she want to ask this question to one of the immigration attorney so i told the woman you have too make an appointment with the lawyer they cant answer questions over the phone but i gave her this phone numbers were she can call but she still wanted me to past her to the lawyer but i kept telling her no they cant answer questions over the phone so she told me i thought you guys her the people then when i was going to tell her we is just that we cant answer immigration question so she hang up on me, then later on another phone call but this time it was a women that wanted to talk to a person name Esperanza a bout housing so i told the woman Theresa no body name Esperanza here then she was like how your going to tell me there isn't when i went to talk to her last week then so when i was going to tell her no there no body name like that we don't do housing no more she hangs up on me so i was really getting upset and the woman that talk to me were upset so they got me but i handled in a good way. I haven't talk to my mentor a bout this hard moment but I'm playing to tell her.

Problems at internship

The type of problems that there is at my internship is that sometimes when people come in with issue if we don't do then we refereeing to other places and sometimes we don't tent to have a lot places that could help then with there problems so we try to give or best refer that we can the way we can solve this problem is by looking up different information that could help then with there case and also and also maybe be a little more organize a bout the were every refer is that like make a binder with the different sections that people come in with issues or that maybe only one came in with and also update the information so we can help then with. Another issues is when people have an appointment with somebody they tent to get a little mad cause because maybe that person is already seen somebody else so they keep like they don't say anything but you can tell in the faces that they make that there really not happy at all the way we can solve this problem is by maybe the person that they want to see not take very long with the other client.

Internship Different From School And Home

At my internship it someways is like home put in others is not because is more like the work they do there like they communicate whats going on like or what they need to solve faster but although ways it is like a big family because everybody gets a long with everyone they talk to each other they mess around with each other like play around laughing they go out to eat lunch together talk about different things to me it seeings like school because everyone has there a schedule to follow event thought the difference is that they make there own shedule n they can go out any time to lunch well keep being in mind when they have there own a appointments. also its like home because everyone has gets a long with everyone n they lough together make jokes.

Skills

The skills that i need to be better at my internship is that i need to remember were everyone name is at my internship and what they do there like the type of work. I also need to remember were everyone office is at because sometimes they have appointments an i go look at round the office sometimes is hard because i don't know were everyone office is at. I also need to be a little better at translation because sometimes is hard to translate using that proper language. The qualities that i need i feel that the qualities that a person would need to this type of work that i do i have them already is just that my personality is like that already so i fell that i don't need any more qualities as a person.
