Oppression N Libertion

I haven't really seen any type off oppression well i would probably say maybe interpersonal but see when they make the comments there playing a round with each other like they both know that there only playing a round is not like there real meaning it because i mean there is no racism theres different cultures all though all of them speak Spanish but that is because there job require to speak Spanish because most of the claims speak Spanish so they need to have people that speak Spanish so it would be easier to help the claims solve there problem to have a good communication with then. But really there is no oppression or maybe is just that i haven't notes any i would probably have too absorb for i day to tell if there is any type of oppression

The question that i would probably ask my memtor would be why did she get interested in being a lawyer. She just tell me that she owuld like too become a lawyer because of all the legal problem her family had face over the past like discrimination and just personal problems and seeing all those thinks that were happening to her family. Sha became too heve this i dea when she was in thrith grade when she saw how the lawyer help her grandmother and her anty she started thinking that she would like to hepl people at first she wanted to be a criminal lawyer but thenshe didnt really like arguing with going to court a lot she like doing all the work but not fighting in court for the clain. so that she use to work at institution laboral at frist then she became to work here at centro legal de raza. I wanted to ask here this question because i didnt really knew why she became a lawyer like her story everyone has a different story, so thats why i wanted to know here a little better.
