My mentor is very good she is a very nice person she is very easy to talk too she gets along with everyone she is very understandable person and she has a lot of knowledge on law. what makers good at her job is well since she is the administrate of the lawyers so she understands them when they mist something up or when they have trouble with something she knows what there going through because she has being through that too so she doesn't get mad at them or anything like that in fact she tryst to help them by like telling them or when is the day of your case so they know what they need to do first so she tryst not let them make the mistakes that she made in the past when she was an attorney. Something that i have done that I'm proud of is that know I'm not nerves when I'm at the front desk that know i know were i can refer people too according to the problem that there having and also i know were is all that a information.

Today i got to meet a little better Veronica she works at the organization that I'm interning at i learn that she started working at the front desk like what am doing then she applied for the office administrate she got accepted to so that work so that's the work that she do in the office. She said that what motivated her to work here was that she wanted to know the type of problems that the community have and also she said that she like working with people trying to help them in the type of problems that they have. also learn that she only have a bout one year of working in Centro Legal de la raza. She also said that the most difficult thing of this job is when you cant help a claim in the type of problems they have sometimes they start to get frustrated a bout the fact that you cant help them and trying to dial with it in a positive way with out you getting mad at them. I learn that she have two little girls her parents are from Mexico but she was borne here.

challenge and success
Last week my challenge was that i was at the front desk helping then i answer the phone then this women ask me this question a bout notary but i didn't know were to reference here so theres always another person with me at the front desk then i ask the other person that was with me for the day but she didn't know either were to referent her so i told the women on the phone that we didn't have this information in and she was getting upset a bout that we didn't have this information she was all telling me that how was that possible that we didn't have that information and then i told her well I'm sorry but we don't so she hand up. A success that i had is answering phone calls helping translate referring people to other places that could help them with there problem if they don't do it in the organization that's a success because before i didn't have the courage to do that and now i do it i m starting to be more countable with the front desk.
